Yatish Mohan commenced his professional journey in 1980 as a Product Manager with M/s. Toshniwal Bros. (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd, after completing his studies in Electronics & Communication Engineering at the University of Roorkee (now IIT, Roorkee). Following a brief tenure at M/s Philips India Limited, he transitioned to Rohde & Schwarz Liaison Office in 1990 as Sales Manager. In 1996, he advanced to the position of National Sales Manager, and in 2001, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Rohde & Schwarz India. Under his dynamic leadership, Rohde & Schwarz has significantly expanded its footprint across the country, offering comprehensive sales, applications, service, and research and development support. In just the span of two decades, Rohde & Schwarz has emerged as a leading player in India's test & measurement, secure communications, radio monitoring, and wireless communications sectors.
Senior Professor, CASEST- School of Physics, University of Hyderabad
Dr. K.C. James Raju, Ph.D. from IIT Madras (1996), is a Senior Professor at the University of Hyderabad, where he has served as Head of the Centre for Advanced Studies in Electronics Science and Technology (CASEST) and Dean of the School of Physics. A Fellow of the Institute of Physics (UK) and Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation Fellow, he received the President of India Award for Technology Development in 2023. His research explores the interface of electronic materials and microwave devices, focusing on dielectric, ferroelectric, piezoelectric thin films, and magnetoelectric multilayers, with applications in miniaturized microwave components and magnetic property control.

Dr. Vinosh, a seasoned technologist, has been with Qualcomm since 2011, leading standardization engagements in India and Southeast Asia. An expert in radio standardization and regulation, he collaborates with Indian and global stakeholders on wireless communication advancements. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras, specializing in cellular system design, next-generation terrestrial and non-terrestrial broadband, and broadcasting systems. He is the convener of the 5G India Forum (5GIF) and an active committee member at TEC and TSDSI. A senior IEEE member, prolific speaker, and academic advisor, he contributes significantly to telecom standardization, innovation, and regulatory developments.

Tim Paasch-Colberg, a senior product manager at Rohde & Schwarz, specializes in aligning business and technology to drive strategy execution. He focuses on market trends and customer-centric solutions across electronics, telecom, and research sectors. Skilled in global product launches and lifecycle management, he has led marketing, product development, and growth initiatives to foster innovation and customer satisfaction. Paasch-Colberg holds a PhD in Physics with expertise in quantum optics and ultrafast laser technologies.

Prof. Mayank Shrivastava, a faculty at IISc Bangalore and co-founder of AGNIT Semiconductors, leads a $60M GaN prototyping Fab and a national 2D materials technology hub. He earned his Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, receiving excellence and industrial impact awards. Notable accolades include Indian TR35 and IEEE EDS Early Career awards. He serves as an IEEE EDS Distinguished Lecturer and Editor of IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, with roles on the EDS Board of Governors. Recognitions include DST Swarnjayanti and Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation Fellowships, and VASVIK award. His research spans GaN, graphene, and TMDCs for electronic and electro-optic devices. With 230+ publications and 55 patents, his work influences semiconductor industry practices. He held visiting positions at Infineon and worked for Intel and IBM before joining IISc in 2013.
Vice President - Market Segment Wireless Communications, Rohde & Schwarz
Alexander Pabst is the Vice President of the Wireless Communications market segment. He is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the wireless technology product range at Rohde & Schwarz. He has more than 25 years of experience in the wireless industry in sales, business development and product management. Before his current role, he was Vice President of the systems group within the test & measurement division, launching a full range of 5G over-the-air test solutions globally.
Director - Next Gen Communications Group, Samsung RnD Institute India
Anshuman Nigam is the head of Next Gen Communications Group at Samsung R&D Institute India,(SRI-B) where he leads the research and prototyping of 5G Advanced and 6G technologies ranging from Physical Layer to NW Architecture and Protocols. In his prior roles at Samsung Research, he has actively worked in Research, Development & Standardization for 3G, LTE, WiMAX and 5G technologies. He has served as a delegate from Samsung to 3GPP RAN2 & IEEE WiMAX2.0 Standards Groups. He is passionate for incubation of core technologies and transitioning them to realistic pre-commercial stage while shaping up the adoption of the technologies of biz relevance in global standards. He holds a graduate degree in electrical engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Mahesh Basavaraju is a Market Segment Manager, responsible for driving the market position for the Wireless Communication segment at Rohde & Schwarz. Mahesh is a delegate at ORAN alliance, Bharath 6G alliance and serving second term as a member of Technical Standards Advisory Committee (TSAC), Singapore. He is responsible for developing and implementing market and product strategy within the Test & Measurement division of R&S. He focuses on both cellular and non-cellular technologies and is active in conferences and workshops in the Asia region. Mahesh has served the Test and Measurement industry for close to two decades including his brief stint as an R&D Engineer at Nokia. His experience in working on both mobile device and network equipment has contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the wireless industry.

Anja Paula is a Product Manager for Vector Network Analyzers at the Rohde & Schwarz headquarter in Munich for more than 10 years. Focusing on multiport VNAs, Anja is experienced in various applications including passive and active component test, signal integrity or digital design testing. Anja holds a master's degree in physics from the LMU in Munich.
Vice President - Microwave Imaging, Rohde & Schwarz
Andreas Haegele is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and telecommunications. As Vice President of Microwave Imaging at Rohde & Schwarz, he leads the global security scanner business, focusing on aviation, critical infrastructure, and event security. Previously, he was Senior VP of IoT Products at Thales, managing the integration of Gemalto’s IoT business. With over eight years in China and leadership roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and Siemens, he specializes in program management, sales, and post-merger integration. Andreas holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Ravensburg and has completed executive programs at St. Gallen Management Institute and UC Berkeley, strengthening his leadership and strategic expertise.

Dr. Vinod S. Chippalkatti leads the Strategic Electronics Business Unit (SEBU) at Centum Electronics Limited, Bangalore. With 35 years of experience, he holds a Master’s in Engineering from IISc and a Ph.D. in Space Electronics from REVA University. A senior IEEE member and Fellow of IETE and IEI, he has published 120 technical papers and holds 16 patents. He served ISRO for a decade, working on India’s communication satellites before joining Centum in 2000 as Head of Design & Engineering. A key contributor to Centum’s growth, he drives the development of high-reliability systems for Defense, Space, and Aerospace sectors.

He is product expert in Vector Network Analyzers, R&S Digital Control Platforms, wireless chipset integration and customized end to end RF solutions. He is an accomplished Trainer having successively outperformed in the R&S qualification programs & is a core member of ‘Make In India’ initiatives in RSINDIA. In his current profile he leads an expert team responsible for development and integration of RF Automated Test Systems for Wireless Battery Management, eDCU, wireless key FoB, TRM and Satcom subsystems.

Varanasi Pavan Kumar, an MTech graduate in Systems and Signal Processing, is the Senior Manager & Head of Sales ICR at Rohde & Schwarz India. With 17 years of experience, he specializes in Signal Generators and Analyzers, handling RF & Microwave Test equipment like Vector Signal Generators, Signal Analyzers, and Network Analyzers. His expertise extends to Electronic Warfare (ELINT, COMINT), 5G NR and emerging 6G Physical Layers, Satellite Payload Testing, and Radar Echo Simulators. Pavan’s deep technical knowledge and practical experience make him a key player in the evolving Test & Measurement industry, bridging innovation and real-world applications.

Rajesh Kumar Pathak, an M.Tech graduate from IIT BHU, has been serving the Central Government since 1987, contributing to test and certification, policy formulation, and international cooperation. He played a key role in establishing the Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India (TSDSI), and was instrumental in executing the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Telecom and Networking Products. A strong advocate for indigenous manufacturing and innovation, he contributed to the “Making India 5G Ready” report and the Bharat 6G Vision document. Now, as Director General of the Bharat 6G Alliance, he leads efforts to drive India’s leadership in telecom innovation, fostering industry-academia collaboration and advancing next-generation communication technologies.

Dilip Krishnaswamy has led the architecture, design and development of engineering platforms & products at Intel Corp, Qualcomm Research, IBM Research, and Jio Platforms. He received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is an inventor on 70+ granted US patents and has authored 70+ research publications. He is presently serving as an Executive Vice-President at C-DOT (Center for Development of Telematics), Bangalore, India, where he is leading Advanced-5G Engineering and 6G Innovation efforts.

Radhakant Das heads the Technology, Engineering and Innovation function for Network Solutions and Services(NSS) at TCS. Current focus area is on 5G-6G , ORAN, CORE product engineering as strategic initiative for TCS. Radhakant drives Make in India initiative in Telecom space for TCS. With more than two decades of Global experience Radhakant played senior leadership roles in telecom technology refresh and transformations at multiple Telcos handling design, deploy, build and management of Telecommunication networks . He has pioneered in strategy and development of multiple platforms in TCS such as CNOPS(Cognitive Network Operations), SMO and SON powered with gen AI which Steers cost saving and efficiency centric drives in network operations such as energy management, automation. Radhakant is member of IETE, TSDSI and 6G Alliance.

Saurabh Mittal is Head, CPO at TCS and leading the program to build indigenous Telecom Stack for 4G and 5G. He has more than 27 yrs of wide-ranging ICT experience with large complex telecom networks across operators and suppliers. He has been actively involved in Standards and overall technology ecosystem. He was Global Co-Chair of ORAN Project Group in Telecom Infra Project (TIP), Vice-Chair of Spectrum Group at Bharat 6G Alliance as well as member of several Government Committees and Industry Alliances and SDOs.
